BESCHREIBUNG
Diese einfachen Goldringe werden in Paaren hergestellt und erlauben ihren Trägern, über kurze Reichweite hinweg zu kommunizieren. Der aufgeführte Preis und die Herstellungskosten gelten für beide Ringe. Solange die Träger sich nicht weiter als 1,5 km voneinander entfernen, können sie flüsternd miteinander kommunizieren, wobei der Ring des jeweils anderen diesem die Worte zuflüstert. Sollte der Träger eines Ringes zu laut sprechen, können Kreaturen in seiner Nähe und der des Empfängers seine Worte hören. Ein Kommunikatorring überträgt Geräusche nur, während er getragen wird; ein Träger kann den Ring ablegen, wenn er vermeiden will, durch diesen vielleicht verraten zu werden. Nur magische Stille oder zu große Entfernung blockieren diese Kommunikation. Die Träger können normal durch Mauern und andere Hindernisse hindurch miteinander reden. Ein Ring überträgt nur Laute, welche direkt vom jeweiligen Träger in ihn hineingesprochen werden, damit er sie überträgt, aber keine Umgebungsgeräusche oder die Stimmen anderer Kreaturen.

BESCHREIBUNG
Diese Ringe werden in Paaren hergestellt und erzeugen eine mentale Verbindung zwischen den beiden sie tragenden Kreaturen. Dabei wird eine als der Herr und der andere als der Diener ausgewiesen. Der aufgeführte Preis und die Kosten gelten für beide Ringe. Kreaturen, welche diese Ringe tragen, können die Sprache des jeweils anderen verstehen. Der Träger des Herrenringes erhält einen Kompetenzbonus von +6 auf Fertigkeitswürfe für Motiv erkennen[link3] gegenüber dem Diener und weiß ständig um dessen Aufenthaltsort und allgemeinen Zustand des Träger des Dienerringes (wie Zustand[link4]).
Ferner kann der Träger des Herrenringes ein Mal am Tag dem Träger des Dienerringes seinen Willen aufzwingen und ihn dazu bringen, eine Handlung auszuführen oder zu unterlassen (wie Schwächerer Geas[link5]; WIL, SG 16, keine Wirkung). Alternativ kann dieser Effekt als Vertrag zwischen den Trägern ausgeführt werden: So lange der Träger des Meisterringes legales Ziel für Schwächerer Geas[link5] ist, kann er einen solchen auf sich nehmen, welchen ihm der Träger des Dienerringes diktiert. In diesem Fall steht keinem Träger ein Rettungswurf zu und beide werden durch das Schwächere Geas[link5] gezwungen, ihren Teil der Abmachung zu erfüllen. Sollte der Träger des Dienerringes nicht bereit sein, dem Vertrag zuzustimmen, kann er stets ein Schwächerer Geas[link5] wie z.B. „Befreie mich von dem Schwächeren Geas“ wählen.
Solange ein solches Schwächerer Geas[link5] wirkt, kann keiner der Ring abgelegt werden. Sollte ein Ring zerstört werden, so bleiben die Effekte in Kraft, allerdings kann der übriggebliebene Ring keinen neuen Schwächeren Geas erzeugen, bis der fehlende Ring repariert oder ersetzt wurde. Sollte ein gegenseitiger Schwächerer Geas akzeptiert worden sein und einer davon enden, so enden beide Effekte gleichzeitig. Einem hilflosen Ziel kann einer der Ringe gewaltsam auf den Finger gesteckt werden.

Diese spezialisierten Ringe funktionieren wie Ringe der Knechtschaft[link9], allerdings wird ein Befehl des Trägers des Herrenringes (inklusive einer gegenseitigen Übereinkunft, die beide Träger betrifft) erst nach 10 Minuten aktiviert, ist dauerhaft und funktioniert wie Geas/Auftrag[link5] (WIL, SG 16, keine Wirkung).
Ferner erhält der Träger des Herrenringes einen dauerhaften Heiligtum[link7]-Effekt (SG 16) gegenüber dem Träger des Dienerringes; der Diener muss einen Rettungswurf bei jedem Angriff auf den Herrn ablegen (Flächeneffekte eingeschlossen), er muss keinen Rettungswurf ablegen, wenn er Verbündete oder kontrollierte Kreaturen anweist, den Träger des Herrenringes anzugreifen; ein gescheiterter Rettungswurf vereitelt nur jeweils den entsprechenden Angriff. Jedes Mal, wenn der Diener den Herrn erfolgreich angreift, muss er einen zweiten Willenswurf bestehen oder unterliegt Fluch.

BESCHREIBUNG
Dieser glänzende Ring aus ascheweißem Knochen wird so angefertigt, dass er aussieht wie zahllose miteinander verknüpfte Rattenzähne. Der Ring ist zudem mit einem Dutzend dunkler Granatsplitter bestückt, die wie die Augen von Albino-Kanalisationsjägern. Der Träger dieses Ringes kann ein Befehlswort aussprechen, um 1W3 Rattenschwärme[link11] innerhalb von 12 m herbeizurufen. Diese Schwärme handeln sofort und verschwinden nach 7 Runden wieder. Sie agieren unabhängig voneinander und stehen nicht unter der Kontrolle des Trägers, auch wenn dieser gegen die Effekte und Angriffe der mittels des Ringes erschaffenen Schwärme immun ist.
Alternativ kann der Träger des Ringes ein Befehlswort aussprechen und Dimensionstür[link12] anwenden. Dieser magische Transport muss aber jeweils in einem Feld beginnen und enden, welches einen vom Ring herbeigezauberten Schwarm enthält.
Die Fähigkeiten dieses Ringes können in beliebiger Kombination insgesamt drei Mal am Tag genutzt werden. Ein Stadtdruide[link13]EXP, der diesen Ring trägt, kann ihn ein weiteres Mal am Tag nutzen, so er dafür drei Anwendungen seiner Fähigkeit Tiergestalt aufwendet.

BESCHREIBUNG
Dieser glatte, glanzlose, graue Ring besteht aus dunklem Glas, in welches das Abbild einer Leiche eingraviert wurde. Der Träger des Ringes kann ein Mal am Tag ein komplexes mentales und verbales Ritual ausführen, bei dem er ständig das Befehlswort des Ringes flüstert und dabei eine humanoide Leiche berührt, deren Tod noch keine Woche zurückliegt. Die Kreatur darf zu Lebzeiten maximal 7 TW besessen haben. Dieses Ritual kann zwischen 1 Runde und 24 Stunden dauern; es erfordert völlige Konzentration und ständigen Kontakt von Ring, Träger und Leiche. Eine Unterbrechung verdirbt das Ritual, sodass der Träger von vorn beginnen muss. Der Träger des Ringes bestimmt selbst, wie lange das Ritual dauert, ehe er mit diesem beginnt.
Bei Vervollständigung des Rituals entsteht ein illusionäres Duplikat der berührten Kreatur; dieses Duplikat ist teilweise real und aus in magische Schatten gehülltes, belebtes Eis geformt. Dies funktioniert wie Schwächeres Simulakrum[link15] mit den folgenden Unterschieden: Der Träger des Ringes erhält bei Ausführung des Rituales einen Bonus von +10 auf den Fertigkeitswurf für Verkleiden[link16]. Die Schattenkreatur erscheint völlig gesund und von Leben erfüllt zu sein, sie hat alle Ausrüstung und Kleidung bei sich, welche die Leiche getragen oder mit sich geführt hat, während das Ritual gewirkt wurde. Wenn die Schattenkreatur vervollständigt wird, verschwinden im selben Moment die Zielleiche und all ihre Ausrüstungsgegenstände, indem sie wie Schnee schmelzen.
Die erschaffene falsche Kreatur verfügt über dieselben Attributswerte, Kreaturenart und Unterart wie die Zielleiche. Es scheint sich ohne Unterschied um dasselbe Individuum wie die berührte Leiche zu handeln, sie behält sogar die allgemeine Persönlichkeit, Einstellung, Fähigkeiten und Intellekt der Kreatur. Das Duplikat verfügt aber nur über jene Erinnerungen, welche der Träger des Ringes ihm stellen kann, d.h. jene Erinnerungen, über die der Träger selbst verfügt. Es besitzt keine übernatürlichen oder zauberähnlichen Fähigkeiten, kann keine außergewöhnlichen Fähigkeiten nutzen, profitiert nicht von Heilung, kann keine Stufen erlangen oder seine Attribute verbessern und kann niemals über mehr als 3 Trefferwürfel verfügen. Diese falsche Kreatur verhält sich größtenteils wie das Original zu Lebzeiten, besitzt gegenüber dem Träger des Ringes aber eine Anfangseinstellung von Hilfsbereit und ist generell bereit, ihm bei allen Unternehmungen zu helfen. Die Schattenkreatur ergreift fast jede Handlung, um den Träger des Ringes zu unterstützen, gefährliche, närrische oder selbstmörderische Taten eingeschlossen. Diese halb-illusorische Kreatur besteht für eine Wirkungsdauer von 7 x der Länge des Rituals, mit dem sie erschaffen wurde; dieser Zeitraum endet frühzeitig, sollte der Träger den Ring ablegen, ihn erneut aktivieren oder die Kreatur gewaltsam zerstört werden. Endet die Wirkungsdauer, so verschwindet das Duplikat und wird durch die ursprüngliche Leiche ersetzt, die unverändert an seinem Platz erscheint.
